1st All Investments, the leader in commercial real estate management in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure high-quality workmanship. In this key role, you will be responsible for the following core duties:
Responsibilities:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively participate in the interior finishing of commercial spaces, such as drywall installation, framing, and partition wall construction.
- Lead and directly contribute to the finishing of office, retail, and other commercial interiors, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship.
- Oversee the installation of various finishing materials, including flooring, ceilings, lighting, and other elements.
- Interpret and meticulously implement construction plans and specifications, providing guidance to the team.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled tradesmen, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to address any issues or concerns.
- Proven experience in commercial interior finishing, including offices, retail spaces, salons, and other similar environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example.
