FLU SHOT VACCINATOR – UKG JOB POST Life Health LLC (Life Health), a professional services company specializing in worksite wellness services, clinical staffing, and healthcare readiness is looking for qualified Flu Shot Vaccinator professionals to provide exceptional service at Life Health community and client sites across the US.

Position Summary: Life Health Vaccinators are responsible for administering vaccination services at wellness events, typically in a corporate office setting. Vaccination services include influenza, MMR, Hep-B, and additional vaccinations upon request. Staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of wellness events while providing excellent customer service to participants and clients. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Administer vaccinations while complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations
Monitor participants during the vaccination process and manage adverse reactions if necessary
Receive vaccine for assigned events and maintain Cold Chain as required per vaccination guidelines.
Ensure participant identity and eligibility is identified and all screening results are captured accurately
Complete event set up, take down and maintenance
Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain participant privacy
Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation and PHI consolidation as necessary
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Medical credentials required (LVN, LPN, RN, NP, PA, Pharmacist, etc.) in the state administering vaccinations. Please note some states require specific medical licenses.
Minimum of 1 year experience administering vaccinations
Must be proficient in taking manual blood pressure
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team while being flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and adapt to different environments.
Must be able to work extended hours that require active movement on a continuous basis.
Must be able to maintain HIPAA and OSHA Compliance.
Willing to travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current BLS or ACLS through the American Heart Association (preferred)
Physical Demands:
Position will require standing or walking for extended periods of time
Ability to access files, supplies and equipment
Will be required to move/transport supplies from one place to another
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
