Field Service Technician
*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for various systems and equipment within our clients' facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with precision measuring instruments, Refrigeration systems, and industrial electrical work. Your ability to analyze schematics and troubleshoot issues will be essential in ensuring optimal performance of equipment. *Duties* - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in foodservice facilities. - Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in diagnostics and repairs. - Analyze schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively. - Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration systems to maintain operational efficiency. - Provide exceptional customer service while communicating technical information clearly to clients. - Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes. *Skills* - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostics. - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. - Experience in field service roles, particularly within industrial settings. - Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their maintenance requirements. - Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately. - Strong analytical skills to assess problems and implement effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
