Family Shelter Direct Service Staff

Family Services has immediate openings for part-time second and third shift Direct Service Staff at our Family Shelter where you will encourage and empower clients in achieving housing and employment.
The successful candidate will be compassionate, patient, respectful and have a basic understanding of trauma informed support. In this position, you will promote a growth oriented environment and maintain confidentiality and strong boundaries while striving to meet the social, economic, emotional and physical needs of clients receiving services.
This position starts at $15.00 per hour. You must be 21 or over, have a valid PA driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and must pass drug screen and all other background checks. Full time positions are eligible for Health; Vision; Dental insurances as well as Vacation and Sick leave plus 10 paid Holidays. 401(k) with match; Life/LTD.
