The Facility Maintenance Worker II is a vital part in helping to reach these goals for the students, as it provides a safe, clean, and secure environment and helps the school operate smoothly and efficiently.
The Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- General maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds.
- Maintains and makes necessary repairs to all electrical systems, plumbing, and associated equipment.
- Makes carpentry repairs to buildings and equipment. Performs janitorial duties in maintaining buildings and adjacent areas.
- Paints surfaces and operates machinery and equipment.
- Performs duties as assigned.
