We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and oversee the maintenance and functionality of our large facility.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Custodian to maintain a clean and safe environment across our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness of outdoor areas, bathrooms, shop floors, break rooms, and office spaces, as well as performing light repairs including painting.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas, including walkways, entrances, and parking lots.
- Regularly clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Keep shop floors and break rooms tidy, including surface cleaning, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
- Clean and maintain office spaces, ensuring a professional appearance.
Light Repair and Maintenance:
- Perform light repairs as needed.
- Conduct painting and touch-up work to maintain a fresh and appealing appearance throughout the facility.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager promptly.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other facility staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up for events as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform light repairs, including painting and basic maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as needed.
