Position: Part-time to Full time (Hourly TBD)
Position Summary: The Facility Coordinator/Manager oversees the maintenance and operational efficiency of Ice Realm. This includes overseeing the Zamboni crew, ice quality, building maintenance, and training staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Zamboni crew and ensure optimal ice quality.
Oversee building maintenance and repair schedules.
Train staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
Prepare and submit operational reports.
Maintain maintenance logs and shared project reports.
Other duties as requested by the leadership and management team.
Coordinate with other departments to support rink events and programs.

Qualifications:

Experience in facility management or a similar role.
Knowledge of ice rink operations and maintenance.
Strong organizational and training skills.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Proficient in basic construction techniques and mechanical systems.
Strong handyman skills with experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues independently.
Effective communication skills for working with team members and contractors.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality control.
Flexibility to handle a wide range of facility management tasks.
