Position: Part-time to Full time (Hourly TBD)
Position Summary: The Operations Specialist performs a variety of duties to support Ice Realm's operations, including general maintenance, guest services, skate guard, snack bar, pro-shop, scorekeeping, cashier and other tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty (MOD).

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Serve as a skate guard and scorekeeper during events.
- Support various rink programs and activities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
