Eyelash Extension Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in beauty treatments, particularly in eyelash extensions, and have a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The Eyelash Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash services while ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring a natural look that enhances the client's features.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations based on individual needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash techniques and beauty treatments, including hair threading and dermabrasion.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the best options for their desired look.
Manage appointments and maintain client records using software such as Millennium.
Promote services through social media management, showcasing work to attract new clients.
Collaborate with other beauty specialists to provide comprehensive care, including nail care and esthetic laser treatments.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in beauty treatments.
Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with additional beauty services such as straight razor techniques, nail care, hair threading, and dermabrasion is a plus.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for beauty trends and continuous professional development within the industry.
