Are you passionate about events and ready to make a splash? Cal Spas is seeking an organized and driven Temporary Event Coordinator to join our team through the end of January! In this role, you’ll help bring our innovative spa products to life at trade shows, promotional events, and demonstrations.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in planning, setting up, and coordinating events that showcase Cal Spas
- Manage logistics like venue selection, catering, and transportation
- Collaborate on event themes, layouts, and schedules
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Provide on-site support to create a positive experience for attendees
- Track event expenses and collect feedback for future improvements
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; event management experience is a plus!
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for some evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
