Escape Room Game Master

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for facilitating immersive gaming experiences, ensuring that players have a memorable time while navigating through various challenges and adventures. Your role will involve guiding participants, managing game flow, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere that encourages teamwork and creativity. Resetting the game for the next experience.
Duties

Welcome and orient players to the game environment, explaining rules and objectives clearly.
Monitor gameplay to ensure adherence to rules while providing assistance as needed.
Manage game sessions maintaining a high level of energy and engagement.
Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately during game bookings or merchandise sales.
Address player inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall gaming experience through event management and creative input.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Resetting game for the next experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all participants.
Experience in cash handling to manage transactions effectively.
Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate clearly with groups of varying sizes.
Background in theater or hospitality is a plus, contributing to an engaging atmosphere for players.
Familiarity with events management to help coordinate special gaming events or tournaments.
Conflict management skills to handle disputes professionally and maintain a positive experience for all players.
Previous experience in food service or as a lifeguard can be beneficial in developing interpersonal skills within a fast-paced environment.
