MUST HAVE:

• Willingness to train and learn
• Pharmacy tech trainee license considered if the candidate has graduated from a program and completed 180 hours of externship
• Pharmacy technician certificate

Job Description

Compounding technicians are needed for a fast-growing mail-order pharmacy in North Salt Lake. The role involves working in a lab where you will be responsible for weighing, capping, pressing tablets, or mixing creams. This is a low-stress, high-focus environment that requires wearing PPE. The schedule is set from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Weighing, capping, and pressing tablets
• Mixing creams
• Working in a laboratory setting with a focus on detail
• Adhering to safety and cleanliness standards

Essential Skills

• Pharmacy technician certification
• Compounding experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPh T)
• Experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state preferred
• Ability to focus and be detail-oriented
• Commitment to stay for at least one year

Work Environment

This position is within a fast-growing holistic pharmacy that boasts a large internal team. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM. The environment is structured to support individuals who prefer focused, detail-oriented work.
