Job Title: Entry Level Automotive Technician / Wheel and Tire Specialist / Lube Tech (Diesel & Gas Experience) Company: Dirty Diesels LLC. Location: 7 Riga Ln, Birdsboro PA 19508 Job Type: Full-Time - 40hrs/week - Not currently open to students who are still in school full time. Job Description: We are seeking an entry level auto technician and wheel and tire mounting specialist. The ideal candidate will have some past experience performing simple automotive jobs such as oil changes, filter changes, periodic maintenance, and most importantly, mounting and balancing tires. We are willing to help train someone to our standards, and train to use our state of the art equipment, as long as you have enough base experience to start. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE MOUNTING AND BALANCING TIRES. You will be responsible for mounting and balancing wheels and tires, performing oil changes, and other basic services and ensuring the highest level of quality in every service. Key Responsibilities:
Mount and balance wheels and tires, both new wheels and tires, and change tires on client vehicles that are in for service
Performing maintenance tasks such as: oil changes, fuel filter changes, preventative maintenance, brake pads and rotors, etc.
Performing visual inspections on client vehicles
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support
Uphold safety standards and adhere to best practices in automotive repair
Qualifications:
Prior experience mounting and balancing tires
Automotive shop experience preferred but not required
Prior experience performing tasks such as oil and filter changes
Passionate about the automotive industry
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
