The Entry Level Account Manager will be responsible for working with assigned clients to maintain regular and proactive engagement with. Serving as the primary contact, the Entry Level Account Managers will focus on managing customer accounts to always find the best solution, answer all inquiries or questions on services, provide unmatched knowledge on products available, and coordinate feedback of customers to clients. It's our Entry Level Account Manager who makes a difference with our customers and exceeds our clients expectations. Entry Level Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with customers directly to understand their needs and preferences that will allow you to guide them through our clients’ products and services, as well as any demonstrations necessary
Negotiate services with customers in person and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets directly with customers
Conduct in-depth presentations of products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings
Manage customer accounts with detailed knowledge of services and products they desire
Collaborate closely with the Management team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Follow up on customer accounts and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client loyalty
Regularly report on sales achievements and customer feedback
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Prior knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, working with customers directly or related is a plus
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where something new is always happening
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
