Enrollment Specialist/Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for an incredible communicator with great social skills, a strong desire to help people obtain better health, some background and sales, marketing, and/or enrollment, and a nice smile, (a bonus, but not a requirement). As an enrollment specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Doctors and providing exceptional care to patients. Your strong communication skills will allow you to provide excellent patient service during appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the chiropractic office. Responsibilities

Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments.
Conduct patient assessments to gather relevant health information.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Educate patients on treatment plans and provide guidance on exercises or therapies.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow within the clinic.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing correspondence.
Uphold the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Computer Literacy
Prior experience in a healthcare setting and B2C sales is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
