Education:Bachelors degree required; Tennessee teaching license preferred
In the Education Manager position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Schoolroom Management

- Supervise school for 1.5hrs. Monday through Thursday
- Connect with residents guardian prior to entry to obtain education history
- Regularly communicate with guardians regarding residents school progress
- Oversee Ignitia curriculum, track and grade residents course completion
- Prepare transcripts upon residents dismissal
- Order appropriate curriculum and resources as needed
- Work closely with Program Assistant concerning residents education payments
- Supervise Hi SET preparation for applicable residents: obtain necessary documents, schedule practice and official tests, and provide transportation details for test taking
- Work closely with Transitional Care Liaison to provide information regarding colleges, universities, other post-secondary institutions, and scholarships for residents in After Care
- Record all pertinent education information to ETO database for student records (Education Plan and Education Evaluation)
- Review Individual Education Plans for the Intake Department, as needed

TANAS & Professional Development

- Attend the annual TANAS conference for certification and complete required professional training
- Communicate with the State Board of Education to ensure that state requirements are being met, complete annual forms for TANAS and the state of Tennessee

Home Support

Assist other Day Staff in monitoring the daily schedule and activities; ensure Programmatic Expectations are followed
Fill in for other Day Staff as needed
Receive, handle, and/or disseminate resident needs to pertinent staff
Must be responsible for safe transportation of residents, as needed

Schedule: (Flexible schedule)

8:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Thursday(Part-time, 28 hours/week)

Compensation: $21- $23/hour

These residential services are offered free-of-charge. The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercys free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men and women aged 13 and older. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.
