We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items. Significant Responsibilities:
Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories
Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items
Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings
Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections .
Ability to work independently on jobsites
Oversee less experienced installers/laborers
Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations
Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan
Other duties as assigned
Requirements/ Experience:
Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders
Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence
Compliant with safety procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction
Dependable Transportation
Blinds and electronic blinds experience
Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
