Who Are We
On Time Service began in 1975 and is still locally owned and operated. We have been blessed with an amazing team dedicated to serving people. Our mission statement, if you want to call it that, is “Leave it better than you found it.” As long as we stay true to that simple philosophy we will continue to grow and delight our customers.

Pay

The compensation for this position will range from $17-$21 hourly (based on experience)

Consistent Schedule of 8 am to 3 pm.

Responsibilities

Dispatch electrical, plumbing and HVAC technicians to customer homes
Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
Relay important information from technicians to customers
Fill out permits, schedule inspections and APCO when necessary
Debrief technicians as they complete jobs and enter data into software
Issue and enter purchase orders
Perform other various administrative and reporting tasks

Organization and time management skills
Strong decision-making and change management skills
Excel and word experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications i.e.: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Previous experience working with business management software is preferred
Drug-free with no criminal history
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player
Being genuine and personable is a must!
