Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across three locations: Torrington, Southport, and Waterbury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building relationships and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing strategies for three skilled nursing facilities
- Follow up on referrals from hospitals in Waterbury, Bridgeport, Norwalk, and Torrington
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with facility teams to drive admissions and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Requirements:
- Healthcare or sales experience preferred
- Proven marketing and business development skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Community-focused and driven to excel
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range:
$70,000-$100,000 COMMENSURATE WTH EXPERINCE
