Essential Functions:

Assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals.
Set up dining rooms for (3) daily meals
Assist in preparation and delivery of food and trays, loading food carts and serving meals and beverages to residents.
Washes dishes, tableware, glassware, and other kitchen and dining room equipment and ensures they are sanitized and stored in accordance with all federal, state, local and Cambridge Hills facility regulations regarding sanitation and infection control.
Required to assist in cleaning work areas, dining room floor, dining room tables, and dining room chairs after each meal.
Ensures personal compliance with all state and federal regulations and utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions.
Ensure compliance with resident’s rights.
Follow safety procedures as stated in the dietary service manual.
Knowledge of food handling guidelines is a plus!
