Job Description
Team DAKS is looking for a customer service representative (CSR) that are genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Manage customer calls
Assist in preparing food order
Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications
Experience growing and promoting new leaders.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in multi-unit organizations
Management experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
