Part time position for our Subaru Service Center Our ideal candidate maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers. Essential Duties:
Cleans the service and customer areas.
Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
Washes all windows, glass doors and glass panels throughout service area.
Mops and cleans service waiting area, offices, technicians' locker room and lunch room, halls and shop bathroom.
Sweeps technician stalls, service department floors, showroom, halls and vending areas.
Cleans all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans and vending machines.
Maintains hot beverage areas by cleaning counter surfaces and restocking coffee and related supplies as needed.
Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
Empties and cleans lunchroom refrigerator once a week
Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
Removes all debris from lot.
Removes any old scrap parts from shop after checking with parts manager.
Empties technicians oil carts with automatic pump
Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations.
Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
Other tasks as assigned.

Language Skills: • Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability: • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
