THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

• Various window and glass cleaning
• Operating pallet jacks and dollies to move furniture and materials from one area to another
• Utilizing a commercial heavy-duty scrub machine (buffer) to clean and buff floors
• Snow and ice removal is required from building entrances, exits, sidewalks, driveways, stairways, with distribution of deicing materials where needed

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Essential Employee– Required to report to work during emergencies and office closings.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
