Cultivation Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cultivation Agent. As a Cultivation Agent, you will be responsible for duties related to plant maintenance at our indoor cultivation facility.
Duties:
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more for tasks such as moving equipment, grow racks, supplies, plants, etc.
- Use hand tools and equipment for tasks such as pruning, defoliation, transplanting, harvesting and cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
-Applicant must be able to pass a state required background check. Information regarding the background check is at the bottom of this listing.
-Applicant must be 21 years of age or older
-Previous experience in a farm, garden, landscape, or greenhouse setting is preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with hand tools and sensors commonly used in cultivation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively -Ability to work well as part of a team
