We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The agent will be responsible for interacting with the guests to provide the highest quality service and to ensure the hotel guests receive a secure place to stay with friendly and attentive service.
Responsibilities:
Registers and assigns rooms to guests
Issues room keys
Computes bills and collects payments and makes changes for guests
Answer all inquiries pertaining to hotel service and registration of guests
Follow the phone script for potential guests calling in to inquire about rates.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
