Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to support our team in various tasks related to gardening, lawn care, and greenhouse management. Duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Duties
- Assist with the maintenance of gardens, lawns, and greenhouse environments.
- Utilize hand tools for planting, pruning, and general upkeep of plants.
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring soil, fertilizers, and other materials.
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks related to moving soil, plants, and equipment as required.
- Support farm activities including planting, harvesting, cloning, trimming, potting, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work independently, in a fast paced environment.
- Must have the ability to use Metrc Inventory system and basic computer software.
- Previous experience in gardening or lawn care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating equipment and tools.
- Experience with greenhouse operations or irrigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
