Corporate Marketing Manager

The Corporate Marketing Manager serves as the point-person for the development, implementation, and execution of all marketing initiatives and activities centered on elevating and expanding overall brand awareness, recognition, recall, and reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for all B2B marketing initiatives and activities to support Business Development as they build relationships with investors, law firms, and other strategic partners. The Corporate Marketing Manager ensures that these activities ultimately correspond to increased deal flow and revenue and that every interaction – with media, partners, investors, clients, stakeholders, and employees – reflects our core values and mission. This individual will collaborate closely with the Creative Services team on all marketing collateral needs. These initiatives and activities include brand campaigns (print, web, social media, etc.), events and conferences, thought leadership, corporate responsibility programs, and sponsorships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Increasing Brand Awareness / Recognition / Thought Leadership
  • Manage online presence including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns targeted at law firms and investors.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content with the Creative Services team.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital tools to increase visibility and drive engagement.
  • Promote thought leadership content that positions the company as an expert in the legal field, including white papers, blog posts, webinars, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-value content that addresses the pain points and challenges faced by the target law firms.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and media outlets within the legal industry to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Support Events and Conferences
  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities at relevant industry events to increase brand visibility.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities at industry conferences and events.
  • Arrange and coordinate speaking engagements for company leadership at conferences and webinars, positioning them as thought leaders in the legal industry.
  • Plan and execute social media plans that support company objectives at conferences.
Understand Competitors and Personalization Opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop tailored messaging and offers to resonate with the unique needs and priorities of each target firm.
Support Business Development Needs
  • Work closely with the business development and account management teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, providing them with the tools and resources they need to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Develop materials and presentations for Business Development that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential partners.
  • Support Business Development requirements on how to inform when a potential law firm or investor either reaches out or engages with our website or collateral piece.
Track Progress and Results
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage corporate marketing spend and report out to leadership, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, including lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment of goals and consistent messaging.
  • Support Linked In and social media presence for company brand and initiatives.
  • Collect, curate, and promote client testimonials and case studies that highlight successful outcomes and the value of your services.
  • Ensure that testimonials and case studies are integrated into marketing materials and campaigns to build trust and demonstrate success.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar degree.
  • 5-6 years of professional marketing experience (i.e., corporate marketing, brand management, and/or B2B) with an excellent track record of success.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools, performance metrics, customer insights development and solid understanding of core marketing levers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees, external partners and the community.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Compassion and understanding for people in crisis.
  • Event and project management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent need for oral, written, and auditory communication.

  • Occasional need for travel.
This position is based in-office in St. Thomas, USVI. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
