- The Communications Assistant is accountable for insuring all duties and responsibilities of the communicating department are carried out according to standards and departmental policy.
- Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Supports the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
- Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Previous Office experience preferred.
- Evening Shift: Every other Saturday/Sunday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, every third holiday; 16 hours every 2 weeks
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.00 - $21.25 per hour
