Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative content creator to join our growing real estate firm and support our messaging and digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role focuses primarily on creating impactful, engaging written and visual content, supporting social media initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications channels. The goal is to attract and retain our audience, promote listings, attract new clients as well as agents, and drive interest in our brand and services.
Duties 1. Content Creation and Communications Support
Write, edit, and review various content for internal and external audiences, including articles, blog posts, announcements, email communications, and social media posts. Ensure all materials align with the firm's style guide and culture.
Collaborate with our staff to develop and execute strategies highlighting agent achievements, firm activities, and events.
Assist in generating engaging narratives that reflect the firm's values and resonate with target audiences, including current and prospective agents and clients, and the community.
2. Social Media and Digital Engagement
Act as a content creator for the firm's social media platforms, producing multimedia content (e.g., graphics, photos, videos, reels ) for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and other channels.
Support monitoring social media activity, responding to inquiries, and engaging with online communities to foster a positive presence.
Assist with social media metrics and digital engagement data analysis, providing insights to inform content strategies and enhance audience engagement.
3. Brand and Message Consistency
Align content with the firm's brand voice, style guide, and digital media standards to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
Participate in cross-functional content development with Builder and Development Services, CEO and General Brokerage marketing initiatives to ensure that messaging strategies reflect firm-wide objectives.
4. Event Assistance
Provide on-site support for firm events, capturing real-time content to share event highlights across platforms.
6. Continuous Learning and Improvement
Stay informed of emerging trends in social media, communications, and digital marketing to continuously enhance the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
Create high-quality written and visual content for blogs, articles, white papers, social media and website pages that align with our content strategy.
Optimize content for SEO and ensure it adheres to best practices in digital marketing.
Manage and update content on our Word Press site, ensuring all information is current and relevant.
Utilize marketing automation tools to distribute content effectively across multiple channels.
Conduct research to gather insights and data that support content creation and strategy development.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new content initiatives.
Engage with audiences through email marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is consistent and impactful.
Experience
Proven experience in copywriting and creating compelling content across various formats. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy while adhering to brand voice guidelines.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
Knowledge of HTML is a plus to assist with formatting online content.
Experience with email marketing tools and strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
Exceptional writing skills with proficiency and the ability to create compelling, clear content for a range of audiences.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital engagement strategies, and analytics tools. Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content strategy, and marketing automation techniques.
Proficiency in multimedia production tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and basic photography and video editing skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to effectively work within a team and with multiple demands.
Experience in the real estate field a bonus!
