Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer service-focused Client Success Specialist to support our Client Success Managers (CSMs) in ensuring our products meet client and community needs. In this role, you will assist with client communication, project management, and sales inquiries, working closely with various internal teams to tailor solutions that align with OCV, LLC’s standards. Your contributions will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their continued success with our products. Responsibilities: - Document action items, track project progress, and report any issues or delays to ensure timely completion of assigned projects. - Maintain and update operational documentation, including process manuals, SOPs, and client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and other clerical duties as required. - Work directly with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure client needs are fully addressed and operational processes align with company objectives. - Continuously enhance knowledge of the company’s products, services, and operations to effectively meet client needs and improve internal processes. - Oversee product development from concept to release, conducting quality control to ensure products meet client specifications. - Lead brainstorming sessions to develop strategies for client retention and relationship-building. - Create and analyze mobile app usage reports, identifying key areas of client engagement, and present recommendations during client meetings. - Conduct regular quality control checks on apps available in app stores and inspect promotional materials to ensure alignment with project goals. - Manage all project management tasks, including quality control testing, content gathering, and day-to-day client communications, without reliance on support staff. - Serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives, providing updates on project statuses and answering inbound questions. - Document processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction. - Take full responsibility for completing tasks and ensuring smooth operations to meet both client and company goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented self-starter with solid time management abilities. - Passionate about customer service and strategic problem-solving. - Ability to learn quickly and exhibit technical savviness, with a curiosity that drives impact - Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
