platforms, monitors, and programs, and multitask while providing first-rate customer
service to our partners and clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This is available to Utah residents with the opportunity to remote work. Duties:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, stakeholders, clients, and
coworkers, building and maintaining strong relationships
● Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and
recommendations
● Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
● Ability to work on multiple screens at a time with numerous programs
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any
issues or concerns
● Ability to achieve organizational performance standards such as Average
Handle Time, Schedule Adherence, and other predetermined metrics
● Provide ongoing support, addressing inquiries and providing product or service
information
● Ability to remain stationary for long periods, generally in the same area
● Willing to perform other operational tasks as needed
Experience:
● Proven experience in client support and quality assurance
● Highly detail-oriented
● Ability to type 50+ words per minute with a high rate of accuracy. A Typing test
will be sent and required if your application is selected for review
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal,
including grammar and spelling. A test will be sent and required if your
application is selected for review
● 1 year + customer service experience
outside
of a call center environment
● Positive and professional phone etiquette is a must
● Capability to effectively retain procedural and operational information, enabling
proficient explanation and troubleshooting with clients.
Job Specifics:
Full Time, Monday-Friday
● Shift may vary but will be between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Mountain Time
