Childcare Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
Just 4 Kids Learning Academy is looking for a dependable and organized Opener to start the day for our center and ensure smooth morning operations. The Opener will be responsible for preparing breakfast and lunch, transporting children to school, managing payments, and providing support to staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

The Opener will be responsible for preparing breakfast and lunch, transporting children to school, managing payments, and providing support to staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the daycare each morning at 6:00 AM and prepare the center for the day.
- Cook and serve breakfast and lunch according to our meal plans and nutritional guidelines.
- Safely transport children to local schools in the daycare vehicle.
- Manage parent payments, record transactions, and provide payment receipts.
- Provide break coverage for other staff members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Support the director and team in daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in childcare, food preparation, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of payment management and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform kitchen-related tasks.
- Ability to drive and safely transport children.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
