Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing environment for children while engaging them in educational and fun activities. The Childcare Provider will be responsible for caring for infants and preschool-aged children, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their growth and development.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

The Childcare Provider will be responsible for caring for infants and preschool-aged children, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting.
- Manage children's behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with basic first aid when necessary.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction among children.
- Proven experience in childcare or related fields, such as babysitting or preschool education.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience with infant care is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among children.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- A nurturing attitude with the ability to educate and inspire young minds.
