We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

Position Summary: Managing employees to ensure that the food safe product of the highest quality is being made while providing a safe and green working environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Require each employee to be trained to operate machinery safely and efficiently
Have an understanding of the machinery and how each machine on the line is operated
Regulate normal working hours and overtime hours among employees as well as keep employees informed about changes and problems
Possess good human resource skills and basic knowledge of general safety procedures, as well as be aware of any tardiness/absenteeism
Coordinate supplies to match up with promotional or non-promotional needs, as well as communicate with other supervisors
Record and reconcile machine counts daily, and document monthly inventory
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Education/Experience:

High-School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years of age
Some background experience is preferred - Management Training is provided
Forklift experience a plus

Work Environment: Works in a warehouse. Ear protection is required in production areas. Eye protection required while on forklift. Must wear hair/beard net in designated areas. May work extended hours or days to complete production.
