Job purpose
The Production Associate I (PA-I) uses manual and electronic equipment to assist with the manufacturing and packaging of baked goods sold by Ettore’s. The PA-I may execute one or more steps along a production line; including the handling of raw materials, cooked, or finished product.
Duties and responsibilities
· Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines

• Follow company recipes, communicate to supervisor if there are recipe issues

· Make dough’s, batters, mixes, fillings to recipe specs
· Bake off batters to specified recipe times

• Rotate stock, ensuring first in first out

· Identify and report unsafe practices to Supervisor or Manager immediately
· Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule
· Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized
· Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications
· Stay up-to-date with production processes procedures, and standards
· Assist peers in their assigned duties when needed
Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ Years of professional working experience
• Food Service and/or Manufacturing experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Basic Math skills required
• Quality and safety minded
• Proven reliable and self-motivated
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery

Physical requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
• Able push/pull/move 50 lbs. or more, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
