Business Office Manager (Dealership Experience REQUIRED)
Office Manager for Auto Group
We are currently seeking an experienced (MINIMUM 5 YEARS DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE) and dedicated Office Manager to oversee the accounting operations of three dealerships with a consolidated business office and chart of accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous dealership management experience, ideally a strong understanding of Dealerbuilt DMS, and preferably be local.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the administrative and accounting functions of three dealerships
Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication
Handle day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, car deals, and financial reporting
Implement and maintain dealership policies and procedures
Manage and lead office staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements:
Previous dealership management experience is required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
