Chadwick Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking an experience Business Office Manager. Medicare and Medicaid experience s required. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and excellent benefit package. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Business Office Manager will provide business office functions in accordance with sound accounting practices including, but not limited to admissions financial review, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and resident trust funds. Prepares and submits applicable write off requests per collection policy.
Preparation of daily deposits.
Accounts Payable, oversee all aspects of the Accounts Payable function.
Oversees all aspects of Payroll.
Supervision of Business Office Staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree in Accounting or related field experience to position preferred.
Maintains current knowledge of laws and procedures that affect third party coverage criteria and billing practices for Medicaid and/or Medicare, Insurances, and VA Contract resident/recipient, basic accounting procedures, and computerized office system operation. Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to perform the tasks required.
Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
