Business Immigration Paralegal
Wright, Constable & Skeen, LLP is looking for a strong candidate to join our nationally renowned business immigration team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling healthcare immigration filings (J waivers), H-1Bs, PERMs, and self-sponsored green card petitions. Opportunity to work with an experienced and knowledgeable team. Challenging and fast-paced environment, including contact with great clients.
Essential Job Functions: After completing initial onboarding and training activities, you will be expected to integrate into the team and immediately contribute to ongoing cases.
· Prepare and file immigration cases, including, but not limited to, J waivers, H-1Bs, TNs, Os, PERMs, I-140s, I-485s, National Interest Waiver petitions, and alien of extraordinary ability petitions.
· Maintain clients informed of their case status and communicate with clients and third parties as necessary.
· Monitor cases and follow up with government agencies when needed.
· Draft forms and supporting documentation for attorney and client review.
Have the following:
· 3-5 years of Business Immigration experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Windows
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong writing skills
· Experience using INSZoom is a bonus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
