We're looking for enthusiastic and tech savvy Business Development Representatives(BDR) to join our growing team.

Our Business Development Rep's start, while training, at $15/hour and transition after approximately 30 days to a profitable commission structure!
Responsibilities:

• Provides customer service and assist customers shopping online and over the phone.
• Generate and set appointments for sales personnel in the dealership.
• Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
• Communicate closely with customer via phone, email, and text to provide best customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications/Requirements:
No previous Automotive Experience Necessary - On the Job Training Provided!

• An ambitious spirit with a willingness to learn!
• Excellent time-management skills - including the ability to manage your own schedule.
• All Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, Drug Test, and valid Drivers License
• Must be able to work Saturdays and weekdays between the hours of 8:30am-7pm
• Must be able to multitask
• Positive Attitude and Upbeat Personality a MUST!
