Responsibilities and Duties
-Manage all leasing, customer service, maintenance and accounting functions for the property
-Advertise vacancies
-Actively monitor and manage the property marketing plan
-Show vacant units
-Prepare, process, and oversee the process of Rental/Lease Agreements. Sign all Rental Agreements and related -forms
-Oversee the process of collecting and posting all rents, tracking collections, pursuing delinquent accounts, issuing -notices to residents and attend eviction proceedings in court as needed
-Supervise vendors
-Respond to emergencies
-Initiate and oversee work orders
-Collect and process invoices
-Maintain open communication with the Property Management Office and Tenants
Must have Yardi/CRM experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $62,000.00 per year Benefits:
