Business Analyst Customer Support (Contingent)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Amazon as a key member of the Support Engineering Team, responsible for providing top-tier customer support. You will be the first line of defense in handling approximately 700 tickets per week, analyzing customer issues, and collaborating with various teams to address and resolve technical challenges. Utilizing your expertise in data analysis tools like Tableau and SQL querying, you will play a crucial role in identifying pain points, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer issues and validate against system records
Prioritize and escalate tickets to the appropriate teams for resolution
Utilize dashboards such as Tableau for data analysis and reporting
Work with AWS Quick Sight to extract insights from data
Conduct ad-hoc Chime calls for quick issue resolution

Skills:

Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis tools like Tableau
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer issues
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
6-8 years of experience in a similar role or related area

Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Bellevue Seattle (on site)
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour
