Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis, a commitment to customer service, and a basic understanding of retail operations. As a Budtender, you will guide customers through product selection, answer questions, and provide a warm, positive experience at KURE.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Engage with customers to assess their needs, educate them on products, and provide recommendations based on individual preferences and needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, including strains, effects, usage methods, and legal regulations.
Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately using the Dutchie and METRC Grow Flow systems, ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to New Mexico state regulations regarding sales, product handling, and customer interactions, ensuring all required procedures and documentation are followed.
Inventory and Merchandising: Assist in managing stock levels, display products attractively, and monitor product inventory to ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive store atmosphere and share insights on improving customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred.
Basic understanding or familiarity with Dutchie and METRC Grow Flow systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of New Mexico cannabis regulations and compliance is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
