Essential Functions

Assist customers and determine their product interest and needs
Educate customers by presenting product and answering questions
Remain up to date on WA State and LCB regulations
Keep up to date on Daily Special and additions to or deletions from the menu
Receive and process purchases at register
Assist with the accurate fulfillment processing and ringing out of Preorders
Maintain a clean and orderly station
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and report to Shift Lead, Sr. Shift Lead, ASM, or SFM
Assist with product distribution and displays when asked
Assist with any inventory needs
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance throughout shift
Must comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations
Establish good working relationship with other team members.
Foster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendors.
Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Actively participate in meetings as requested.
Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow - where you are needed the most)
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working alone
Must be at least 21 years of age, per LCB regulations

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer and see color.
