Packager/Budtender

House of Green is looking for an upbeat, motivated Packager/Budtender candidate for our night and weekend shifts. We are looking for someone to work 4 nights a week, with a couple packaging shifts and a couple budtending shifts. Come join our team at one of the busiest dispensaries in Anchorage!
Must have your own transportation, as the shifts would be at both of our locations across town.
Responsibilities Include:
-Greeting and welcoming customers into the store.
-Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
-Weigh, measure, and label cannabis products (flower, concentrates, edibles, etc.) according to specific product requirements and regulations.
-Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
-Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
-Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
-Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
-Flexibility and ability to help float and cover other duties among the shop.
Packager/Budtender Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Preferred experience working as a Packager or budtender.
-A valid marijuana worker's permit or license.
-Sound knowledge of cannabis strains
-Organizational skills
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Effective communication skills.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
Day/Time:
Full Time- 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts
Nights (4pm-midnight) , Weeekends, Holidays
Pay:
$17-$22 base pay - depending on experience
