Retail Operations Lead

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the cannabis industry, proficiency with Dutchie and METRC Grow Flow systems, and a solid understanding of retail operations. As a Lead Budtender, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers, guiding them in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor budtending staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance Management: Ensure all operations adhere to New Mexico state regulations and company policies, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
Sales and Reporting: Utilize Dutchie and METRC Grow Flow systems to process sales, track inventory, and generate reports.
Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry.
Proficiency with Dutchie and METRC Grow Flow systems.
Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of New Mexico state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
