Expectations:

Provide exceptional customer service to every person who enters the facility
Generate sales through customer interaction, product assistance, and suggestive selling
Educate new clientele on the different effects of cannabis
Prevent asset loss through proper floor awareness and inventory management
Execute an attention to detail by performing counter transactions without errors or shortages
Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
Communicate effectively with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities
Comply with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment
Complete all other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidates will have:

Must be 21+
At least two (2+) years of retail, hospitality, or other customer service-focused industry experience, dispensary experience a plus!
High degree of detail orientation and a proven track record of working within strict compliance requirements
Open schedule availability
A positive team-oriented attitude
Reliable transportation
Knowledge of Cannabis and the effects of THC and CBD
Professional, honest, and respectful attitude each and every day
Willing to complete necessary tasks when instructed to do so with a positive outlook
Be passionate about helping others
Provide personal yet professional customer service
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming work space

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, walk, push, pull, twist, lift, squat, climb a ladder, and stand for prolonged periods.
Must be able to lift and carry 20-30lbs regularly.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
