Position Summary:
The Brand Ambassador & Social Media Representative will be responsible for driving awareness and promoting High Q Cannabis both in-person and online. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can represent High Q Cannabis at events, interact with customers in-store, and manage our online presence by creating and sharing engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of High Q Cannabis at events, pop-ups, and in-store promotions.
Educate and engage customers with product knowledge, responsible use practices, and company values.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the community.
Customer Engagement and Education:
Provide knowledgeable insights about High Q’s products, including strains, dosages, and safe use.
Address customer questions in an informative and approachable manner.
Promote customer loyalty by fostering positive in-person interactions.
Social Media Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with High Q Cannabis’s brand voice.
Manage posting schedules across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Stay updated on cannabis trends to inform content ideas and maintain relevancy.
Community Building and Brand Awareness:
Use social media to highlight events, promotions, and educational content that resonates with our audience.
Monitor comments and messages on social media, responding promptly and professionally to engage followers.
Collaborate with marketing team members to align social media strategy with broader marketing goals.
Compliance and Brand Standards:
Ensure that all promotions, social media content, and customer interactions comply with Michigan cannabis regulations.
Represent High Q Cannabis in a manner that reflects our commitment to quality and responsibility.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Passion for Cannabis: Familiarity with cannabis products, benefits, and responsible usage. Passion for educating others and advocating for the responsible use of cannabis.
Customer Service and Social Media Experience: Prior experience in customer service, social media management, or similar roles is highly valued.
Creativity and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for social media content.
Professionalism and Reliability: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Legal Compliance: Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check as required by Michigan law.
