Bookkeeper (entry level) Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to): · Review and input high volume of invoices into our accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies · Process check payment requests to vendors and obtain required signatures in a timely manner or as needed · Maintain accurate file management for all paid and unpaid invoices · Ensure compliance with vendor documentation requirements · Perform monthly bank reconciliations · Assist with year end preparation · Perform other tasks as requested to support the accounting department Qualifications: · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Detail-oriented and organization skills · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Proficiency in Microsoft Office · Familiarity with accounting software a plus · Bookkeeping, accounts payable experience (preferred, not required) Experience:
