BIM Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting virtual design, BIM, and construction efforts. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate digital models and construction documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate virtual design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project planning and execution.
Lead clash detection efforts, identifying and resolving design conflicts across architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project designs and timelines.
Create accurate and detailed documentation of design changes and project updates for the construction team.
Support the project management team in reviewing project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates using virtual models.
Ensure that all virtual design efforts comply with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in virtual design coordination, BIM modeling, or similar roles.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
