Automotive Service Writer/Advisor

- MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, ROTATING SATURDAYS!!!!
- Greet and assist guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
- Obtains customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms to the technician as described by the customer
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
- Serve as a liaison between technician and customer.
- Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Assist with daily accounting closing and balancing procedures.
- Service Advisor experience required!
- Exceptional customer service skills is a MUST
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Navigate Dealer Track DMS
- Ability to manage x Time service scheduler
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work both as a team and independently
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
- High volume mentality
- Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
- Professional appearance required
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- A valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Flexible work schedule Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
